Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the field of public relations. He has an honours degree in politics from UEA, a post-graduate diploma in public relations from the CIPR and is a full member of the CIPR. In addition to the CIPR Foundation Award, Tim also an associate lecturer on the BA course in public relations at the University of the Arts, London.
Tim was Head of Corporate Affairs at the Parole Board for England & Wales, responsible for advising the Chief Executive and Chair on all internal, external and stakeholder communications issues and on corporate governance.
From the beginning of 2013, he is Associate Director in Linstock Communications - management consultancy that applies the latest thinking to protect reputations and influence behaviour. He have joined Linstock to set up a criminal justice practice that offers bespoke consultancy advice to organisations and individuals within the criminal justice field.
He has previously worked for Surrey Police, the Home Office, the Metropolitan Police Service and the Inland Revenue in a variety of public relations roles. His areas of expertise include media relations, corporate identity, stakeholder engagement, reputation management and ethics.
