Annie Coleman has over 20 years experience in the fields of branding, marketing, employee engagement and culture change for large corporations in the UK and international markets. She is an experienced advisor on strategic change, driving performance through effective brand management, and enhancing leadership. She is a certified Birkman Consultant, one of the most effective systems for leadership skills evaluation and development. She is also a qualified executive coach and mentor. Annie has successfully run her own consultancy for a number of years. Previous employers also include Goldman Sachs, The London Stock Exchange, British Petroleum, Ministry of Defense and the Prime Minister's Press Office.
