Frank Quin

Frank Quin is a New Zealander with big experience in the field of business law and law consultancies. Frank has a bachelors and a masters degree in law from New Zealand universities and is a qualified teacher of English as a second/other language He made his first visit in Bulgaria in 1994.. Since 2007 as a Certified TOSOL teacher he teaches English courses for advanced in various language schools in Bulgaria.

Frank spent 10 years as a commercial law partner of leading New Zealand law-firm, Russell McVeagh. He has also practiced commercial law on his own account in New Zealand and provided legal/business consultancy services in Europe over a number of years. Prior to entering private legal practice, Frank was a legal adviser in the New Zealand Police and other organizations. He thus has a wide-ranging background in different practices in an English-speaking environment.
