Kossara Marchinkova

Kossara Marchinkova is Head of Communications at Enel Maritza East 3. With a Bachelor degree in journalism and mass communication (minor in politics and international relations) from the American University in Bulgaria and a Master degree of Science in Psychology from Auburn University Montgomery, USA, Kossara is currently responsible for all communication and corporate social responsibility processes of Enel in Bulgaria.

She is a member of Bulgarian Human Resources Management and Development Association, Psi Chi, Omicron Delta Kappa. Kossara holds a post-graduate specialization in Humanistic Existential Psychotherapy from the joint ATANOR program of the Sofia Medical University and Rome's Institute of Humanistic Existential Psychotherapy. She is also an affiliate member of CIPD.

Kossara started her career as a Professional Employment Consultant at Snelling Personnel Services as well as a radio journalist at Radio 99. Later she worked with troubled youth at VisionQuest. Upon her return to Bulgaria she became the HR Manager of Nexcom and taught psychology at the American University in Bulgaria.

She started her work at Enel in Bulgaria in March 2005 being responsible for the company's human resource management and development. In the last couple of years she is concentrated in the management of the processes connected to external and internal communication, media relations and event management to corporate social responsibilities, publishing and relations with institutions and associations.
