Sean Trainor is an experienced change management, employee communication and employee engagement consultant with over 25 years of business experience. His work has covered a number of industries including energy, media, transport, financial services, manufacturing, telecoms and professional services. Sean has spent the majority of his career in senior in-house roles. Results-driven with a pragmatic approach, Sean is adept at developing creative solutions and has a proven track record of working with diverse organizations. He is a Member of Chartered Institute of Public Relations (MCIPR) and is the founding member of the CIPR Advisory Group on employee communications and engagement. In addition, he is a contributor to the recent government report on employee engagement.
