There are two ways to measure the effectiveness of one meeting. The first way is when we concentrate on "what". What were the results of the meeting? Did the group manage to accomplish the goal of the meeting? What you did? The second way is when we concentrate on "how".

How the people united and worked to accomplish the goal of the meeting?

How the people felt when they work together? How the people were encouraged to be initiative and innovative? How we arranged the topics in order to get smoothly to the main topic at the meeting?
